The 2021 Barolo Camila is a gorgeous, refined wine. Silky, floral and medium in body, the 2021 is all class. Lifted floral aromatics meld into a core of sweet red berry fruit, cedar, pipe tobacco, mint and dried flowers. Translucent and refined, the 2021 is terrific. Druiven: 100% Nebbiolo

Het sympathieke Bruna Grimaldi werd in 1950 gestart door Giacomo Grimaldi (de vaderr van Bruna) en is gevestigd in Grinzane Cavour aand de oostkant van de Barolo appellatie. Sinds een paar jaar hebben broer en zus Simone en Martina de touwtjes in handen. Zij leggen de focus geleidelijk meer naar diepe terroir expressies. Het zijn krachtige, doch elegante Barolo’s met bewaarpotentieel maar ook al jong erg aangenaam.
