The largest of the Perrodo estates in Margaux, this is a little heavier set and muscular than the Marquis d’Alesme, extremely accomplished and majoring on coffee beans and tobacco alongside blackcurrant fruits. Enjoyable, a little less signature Margaux that its sibling property but this is a delicious gourmet-edged wine, and a brilliant (relatively) value choice in the appellation.| Decanter | 2020 | 92

Druiven:  45% merlot, 40% cabernet sauvignon, 9% cabernet franc, 6% petit verdot

Het symphatieke Château Labégorce uit Margaux maakt een fraaie en moderne stijl Margaux. De leiding ligt in handen van Nathalie Peroddo-Samani. 53 hectare is beplant met 50% cabernet sauvignon, 45% merlot, 3% cabernet franc en 2% petit verdot. Tweede wijn: Zede de Labégorce.
