Druiven: 50% cabernet sauvignon, 50 % merlot
Zowel het Château als de wijngaarden stammen uit 1730. Château Deyrem Valentin in Margaux is sinds 1928 in het bezit van de familie Sorge en Jorge Sorge is de huidige eigenaar. 13 hectare zijn aangeplant met 50% Merlot, 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Petit Verdot en 1% Carmenère. Tweede wijn Soussans. Aangename constante wijnen in herkenbare Margaux stijl.
