Druiven: 100% Sangiovese

Het in 2000 opgerichte Toscaanse wijnhuis van de charismatische Bibi Graetz heeft de afgelopen twintig jaar een ware cultstatus bereikt. Het wijnhuis kent met zijn eigenzinnige wijnen én kunstzinnige etiketten vele liefhebbers. Daar hoort ook de internationale wijnpers bij, die inmiddels de topwijnen Colore en Testamatta jaarlijks zeer hoge punten toekent. Voor Colore worden de alleroudste wijnstokken gebruikt. De druiven komen uit vier wijngaarden, elk met arme bodems met veel steen en zand.
