Vorig jaar was er geen nieuwe vintage Opus One, vanwege de bosbranden in Californië in 2020. Nu weer wel! Dit jaar komt Opus One 2021 uit. Opus One is de beroemdste wijn van de Verenigde Staten. Overture by Opus One is de tweede wijn van Opus One en onderscheidt zich doordat het een multi-vintage blend is. Voor Overture wordt de wijn gebruikt die niet in Opus One terecht komt. Doordat wijnen van meerdere oogstjaren worden gebruikt is de wijn ronder, zachter en al sneller toegankelijk.
