The 2019 Petit Cheval is a stunning second wine – if it can even be called that. In 2019, Petit Cheval is a blend of four parcels that were in the Grand Vin in 2018. Druiven: 79% Sauvignon Blanc, 21% Sémillon
Château Cheval Blanc en diens reputatie behoeven geen introductie. Relatief nieuw, maar eveneens al vermaard, is hun witte wijn Le Petit Cheval Blanc. De wijn werd voor het eerst in de 2015-vintage uitgebracht. De wijn bestaat grotendeels uit Sauvignon Blanc; sinds 2018 is daar ook een deel Sémillon (13%) aan toegevoegd. De wijn wordt in eikenhouten vaten vergist.
